Tomorrow Rob has a tough week of challenges!! Starting with a 400m wild swim in Lyn Padarn. Swimming in open water is very different to swimming in a pool. Unseen currents, cold water and waves make wild swimming much more challenging. @AdventurousEwe @sensecharity @kbaagency
