What if a fitting-room mirror could understand what you’re wearing? A Smart Mirror built with the Arduino VENTUNO Q uses a camera and local vision-language AI to identify clothing, recognize colors, and generate styling suggestions in real time. The image is processed locally on the board, reducing reliance on cloud services and network latency. Connected to a retailer’s inventory system, the same architecture could recommend available products, sizes, colors, or accessories. The approach also has potential beyond retail, from hospitality and personal care to industrial operator assistance. Learn more: wevlv.co/47qO2I3 #engineering #technology #arduino @arduino

Chip-equipment demand no longer tracks wafer volume alone. GAA, HBM and advanced packaging add process steps per usable wafer, while cleanroom space and tool output stretch the cycle across more years. thediligencestack.com/p/chip…

That is the whole argument: - Old machines stay because nobody funds the tear-out - The price shows up as data nobody doubts - You either replace the estate or put a layer above it - Only one of those goes in while the line keeps running Thanks for reading Follow @fel1de for what the factory floor really looks like And repost the first tweet if you know someone running one

Love the West that they're trying to replicate what the Chinese had done in the past. May also be my first time seeing CATL buying copper cathodes directly. xitter.cf/Teo_Sinamin/status/210…
Let’s…calm down a bit here shall we? No one is buying stakes in copper concentrate producers for that purpose unless you are a Japanese copper smelter Also, remember when Sunrise was a nickel - cobalt primary project with a scandium by product for 6-7 years? The western OEMs never showed up like the hypothesis suggested And when BEV metals were a thing 2022-23, we didn’t see anyone take a stake in Glencore who actually could provide finished refined metals to customers… Everyone chill out a bit

manufacturing is the biggest of those ignored industries, plants still run on armies of people and spreadsheets, and a small team with the right intelligence layer can change that math
