Elon Musk becomes deeply moved, and deadly serious, when Bret Baier asks him why he called Sen. Mark Kelly a "Traitor" for pushing to send more US aid and weapons to Ukraine.
Watch every second of his response.
"We should have empathy for the thousands of people dying everyday in the trenches. For no movement in the lines. For the past two years thousands of people have died every week for nothing."
"I take great offense at those who put the appearance of goodness over the reality of it. Those who virtue signal and say we can't give into Russia, but have no solution to stopping thousands of kids dying every day."
"I have contempt for such people and I want to make that clear. Because they're virtue signaling and their lack of a solution means that kids don't have a father. It means parents lost a son. For what? Nothing."

The "far-right" is developing flying cars, spaceships, and epic military technology.
The far-left is sterilizing themselves, killing babies, and a death cult that does nothing but destroy.
We are not the same.

Yesterday, my boys and I vibe coded a game together. They tell me what they want in their game and I prompt it into Opus 5.5 to build it.
And of course they picked "Zelda Breath of the Wild" inspired game, where they can explore an open world, do dungeon puzzles, fight mini bosses and a final boss. The twist is that the hero holds a giant paintbrush as a weapon, each color had a different attack and effect (red = fire, blue = ice, yellow = bounce, green = vines). And oh they also wanted to fly on the paintbrush.
We spent our whole saturday playing and iterating on the game. It was great fun.
I told them, the future is all about Imagination, whatever they can imagine, it will be manifested in a digital experience.
At the end of the day, the game had:
- 2 biomes (1 island and a bunch of floating islands)
- Paintbrush-based combat (4 colors representing different effects and mechanics)
- 3 dungeons with puzzles
- An undeground cave
- Unlockable flying paintbrush when you activate 4 crystals around the island
- 30+ enemies and elites
- 1 giant boss
As you can see in the gameplaye video below, its not the most polished video game but it's so satisfying to see my boys getting bewildered when whatever they asked for, the game is built before their eyes.
Of all the games I have vibe coded so far, this was the most satisfying because my boys were actively co-creating it and playing it.
This is definitely not the last game we're making together, they have already started brainstorming their next game, hint: "Peak with grappling hooks and TNTs."
You can play the game here, works only on desktop:

There are few animals as dangerous as a buffalo.

Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The video is AI-generated and does not show real footage. The animal is an American bison (commonly but inaccurately called buffalo in North America).

RIP to everyone who spent years learning Unreal Engine 💀
Odyssey just trained a world model on Diablo II
there is no game engine underneath it
the AI generates every frame in real time
up to 20 players can share the same world, and some of them are AI agents trained to hunt you down
it is already playable as a research preview
world models are the future of gaming

I don't know, everyone is saying that Fable is nuked is wrong imho. Today I created my own image to video Ai program using Wan 2.2 and it One-shotted it after Codex had me in a loop it could not get out of.
Now after discovering Postiz I asked it to help me set it up so I don't have to pay monthly costs on my own Ubuntu Ai server locally. It went through an entire plan and the github and dev documents.
It SSH'ed into my server and I don't know how tf it knew how to do it but it logged in using other chats in my claude code i guess, i really don't know. It then scanned all my local llm models and came up with a plan and script for me to run to get docker and all the tools up and running.
It is bonkers what it just did saving me hours and hours of time. It did it all in like 10 minutes. WTF....

It seems different people are getting different results. And one more thing. Codex is not even close. I wonder if SOL will match Fable, I am not so sure. I mean, once you reach one-shot status what's better than that?

Claude Fable 5 will be available again globally tomorrow.
After a series of productive conversations with the US government, we're redeploying the model with a new set of classifiers to target and block more cybersecurity tasks. In the near term, some routine tasks like coding and debugging will fall back to Opus 4.8. We’ll continue to refine these classifiers over the coming weeks to reduce false positives and better distinguish genuine misuse from legitimate requests.
We’ve also begun drafting a consensus framework—with Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and other Glasswing partners—for assessing the severity of AI jailbreaks and how AI developers should respond to them. We invite other industry partners and model providers to join us in this effort.
Finally, we’re scaling up our collaboration with the US government on model testing and safeguards. This will include pre-release access to models and safeguards for evaluation, information sharing on jailbreaks and misuse, and dedicated resources for joint research.
Thank you to our users for your patience, and to our partners across the government, industry, and the research community who worked alongside us to make Fable 5 available again.
