Everyoneโs chasing community-led growth right now. Notion ran the playbook in 2019.

The lesson isnโt โgo build a community", you can't fake one. If nothing is happening on its own, you should ask yourself why because a program wonโt save it.
But if something is happening, and most founders already have a few people doing it quietly, your job is simple. Find them, clear their path and give them the spotlight.

You can... it mostly works. The models are already really smart, that stopped being the hard part. The hard part is to make full use of them.
About 40 lines of code sorted the magazine into a spreadsheet: 142 people across 14 teams. I kept the ones who matter for me, the bookings team, the market editors, the fashion directors, and now I have my list.
Finding the fonts and style is easy, they are stored inside the PDF. I read them out, swapped in free lookalikes, and now every shoot on my site has a magazine-style cover.

I ran it through LlamaParse, a tool that takes messy data and rewrites it as something clean and structured.
