Proud to stand with Ashburton heroes fighting Labour plans to ruin this special place. Cllr Govindia called out Labour smears & refusal to listen. The development must be scrapped. Why won’t Cllrs @JeremyAmbache ,@_ClaireGilbert and MP support Ashburton residents?

Delighted to be re-elected unanimously this evening as Leader of the Conservative Group on Wandsworth Group. Alongside Deputy Leader @peter_graham and Chief Whip @Guy_Humphries, we’re ready to get Wandsworth Council back on track.

The Prime Minister in waiting!
If you haven’t noticed, you haven’t been paying attention.
I would rather be part of the real Tories uniting behind @KemiBadenoch vision of renewing the party, than being part of the disgruntled Tories led by @Nigel_Farage.
It’s not a sprint.
Since 2022 only Conservatives have fought to stop Labour’s badly planned and poorly procured intentions to ruin Ashburton, Whitnell Way and Lennox communities. Tomorrow vote for Shakeel Ahmad, Cllr Nick Austin and @melanieham20 in West Putney. Labour won’t listen. We do!

Say ‘YES’ to electric buses to improve air quality. Putney High Street is one of the most polluted roads in the UK. Making the bus fleet fully electric is the measure that would improve air quality the most. Sign our petition today

As Sadiq Khan continues to politicise the NYE fireworks. Here are some of the Mayor's highlights:
Christmas Tree sorted thanks to Sea Scouts at Putney Embankment. Free Gingerbread Biscuit with every purchase and they help you carry home (if you live close).
Wandsworth Planning Committee does the right thing in rejecting the AELTC proposal for expansion. The impact on Southfields is too much
Wonderful to see another amazing Estate Art event at Manresa Clubroom on Fontley Way, Alton. Top performances from Dover House Singers. #Putney #AltonEstate #EstateArt
“Sadiq Khan tried to ‘silence’ scientists who questioned Ulez claims, emails show” No surprise here. Khan will do anything to get his hands on London’s Road Pricing ULEZ billions. telegraph.co.uk/politics/202…
Fantastic afternoon at Manresa Clubroom on #AltonEstate enjoying Roehampton's Got Talent - organised by #LynneCapocciama for #EstateArt & Roehampton Health Champions. Great performances - Kiki Noir, Purdy Smith, opera from Claire Doran & as ever compere/singer Wayne Woodward.
Wandsworth Town campaigning then afternoon cider tasting in Southfields. Abundance Southfields collects fruit from local gardens to create amazing results. Tasted the range to select 6 for friends. Top batch 14 - Upper Richmond Rd. #Southfields #AbundanceSouthfields
More transport misery thanks to bad planning by Labour administrations in Wandsworth and Hammersmith & Fulham. Let’s hope work does not over run and this extends into October.

Parents have contacted me about retailers in area selling vapes to children. This will be raised at next week's meeting with police in Putney and Wandsworth. Please email/DM me with any other examples and I will investigate. [email protected] #vaping #SW15 #Putney
At last night's Wandsworth Council Meeting, Conservatives tabled a motion to STOP the Ashburton Development. West Putney Labour Cllrs Jeremy Ambache & Claire Gilbert voted to continue and build 8 housing blocks AGAINST the wishes of residents. They put the Labour Party first.

It was great to join @PutneyCons @Roberts4Putney this morning canvassing on matters that matter to our local residents in Roehampton @wandsworth
Took part in demo to Save Toland Sq from another Labour Wandsworth assault on green space. Lockdown taught us to cherish our trees, community gardens for mental & physical health. Top speeches (Martin and Paul from Innes). Wandsworth should address 1500 empty flats first.
