Another beautiful sauna is reaching completion. The Goodluck Hope project in East London has made it through a national lockdown and we are finally seeing the stunning results of everyones' hard work! We are so proud of how this unusual room has come together.

We have been very grateful to have the opportunity to design and install 11 spa bathrooms for the beautiful Ambleside Salutation Hotel. The project is making good progress as the first room, with a sauna/steam shower, whirlpool bath and heated bench, approaches completion!

The Goodluck Hope project has been a unique one for us as the apartments are on their own island in the Thames. The building also houses 'The 1595 Club' where residents have access to all the wellness and entertainment facilities they could wish for, including our sauna!

This week we have introduced some unusual wellness trends that are rising in popularity. Isolation tank therapy is one such practice. Users float in a dark, soundproof tank in Epsom saltwater at body temperature. The procedure is known to reduce anxiety and relieve chronic pain.

The last in our home spa series, a home-made face mask will make you feel even more pampered. Combine natural yoghurt, honey and turmeric for a natural mask that will brighten skin, moisturise and even skin tone. Did you try any of our ideas? Let us know!
