As I get back into riding my bike again, it's surprising to me how much I change positions and stand up in just 12 min. I’m using aero. chat to record and optimize. This will make me more efficient if I can maximize the time I spend in the position with the least amount of drag.

It’s not always as simple as just lower your head.
A closer look at @millarmind ‘s head positions. Lowering your head is more aerodynamic because it closes the gap between your face and your forearms/hands, but there is a delicate balance between head positions, helmet selection and forearm angle/hand position.
This used to be the first thing we would do in a wind tunnel because we could quickly show someone how a subtle change can make a big difference. Now you can use aero.chat to train in that position and get live feedback on how well you can hold it. #aeroforall
aero.chat analyzed @millarmind with his head up vs. down. A lower head position is faster but not always sustainable for long periods of time. With aero.chat you can train with live aero feedback.
