In the case of a narcissist/psychopath:
1. Sharing with them something you are vulnerable about is like handing them a weapon.
2. Discussing something you are passionate about is a source for them of potential sadistic pleasure in terms of sabotaging your happiness around this passion.
3. Telling them about something you’ve done wrong is a source of leverage.
4. Discussing something in them that concerns you is a greenlight for them to start undermining you to others without your knowledge.

Trump is not secretly communicating through coded messages and timestamps.
Every coincidence is not a secret signal.
Every prediction that fails is not automatically part of some bigger plan.
Hillary Clinton has not been prosecuted for the crimes her critics accuse her of committing.
Barack Obama has not been prosecuted for the crimes his critics accuse him of committing.
Joe Biden and his family have not faced the sweeping criminal reckoning that was promised.
The Epstein files have not produced the wave of high-profile arrests people were led to expect.
The Hollywood elite are not being rounded up.
The global banking system is not secretly being replaced overnight.
NESARA and GESARA are not about to erase everyone's debt.
And no, we are not perpetually two weeks away from the biggest political revelation in American history.
ENOUGH.
For years, people were told to trust the plan.
Trust the process.
Trust the military.
Trust the secret insiders.
Trust the anonymous messages.
And whenever absolutely nothing happened?
Move the goalposts.
Invent another explanation.
Announce another deadline.
Tell everyone to keep waiting.
Meanwhile, the same political establishment continues operating.
The same powerful institutions remain standing.
The accountability people were promised remains largely absent.
Here's what bothers me most.
Millions of Americans genuinely wanted corruption exposed.
They wanted transparency.
They wanted justice.
They wanted powerful people held accountable under the same laws as everyone else.
Those were legitimate demands.
But legitimate demands became tangled up in fantasies, anonymous predictions, and promises that never materialized.
Wanting accountability doesn't make you a conspiracy theorist.
But blindly believing every anonymous prediction doesn't bring accountability any closer.
Stop telling Americans to trust some imaginary plan.
Start demanding actual evidence, actual investigations, actual prosecutions, and actual results.
Because justice that is always coming but never arrives isn't justice.
It's a promise that keeps people waiting while the people in power keep winning.

Simon Andriesz, the British banker who uncovered 2018 emails linking Howard Lutnick to Jeffrey Epstein’s Adfin investment and took them to House Oversight, has died at age 57. BBC reported his findings. Lutnick later admitted to visiting the island but not the business dealings.
Simon Andriesz @SAndriesz has died. He took his own life this week, while staying at a trauma treatment centre, the same place he had gone to try to survive what years of fighting had done to him.
I wrote the piece below about him at the start of August. We last spoke on 13 August. Reading my own words back now feels different. Heavier. I did not know then that this would be the last chapter.
Simon gave me his story directly. The embezzlement he uncovered, the fraud he reported, the heart attacks, the police complaints, the years @TheFCA spent doing almost nothing while his life fell apart around him.
He handed the CFTC and HMRC enough to secure real fines. He handed the BBC enough for a full documentary.
And still the one regulator that was supposed to protect him let him carry all of it alone for 7 years.
He was one of the most credible people I have ever spoken to. Everything he told me checked out. And he still ended up broken by the very system meant to catch people like him when they fell.
I am angry writing this. Angry that a man this capable, this thorough, this willing to hand over evidence and testimony for years, was left to fight completely alone until he could not fight anymore.
Simon Andriesz deserved better. Rest in peace.

WHAT IS ZONE 2?
I would like to condense 30 years of work and research in muscle physiology, metabolism, and bioenergetics into how I understand and describe Zone 2 from a bioenergetic perspective.
I have explained these concepts many times over the years in podcasts, interviews, lectures and posts, but I have never tried to bring the entire metabolic story together visually.
So here it is: 30 years of work and research condensed into five slides, in an AI-produced carousel that I guided scientifically, concept by concept.
For me, Zone 2 is not simply a heart rate, power output, pace or lactate number…It is a METABOLIC STATE.
It is the intensity at which mitochondrial and bioenergetic demand is the highest, while the cell can still maintain METABOLIC EQUILIBRIUM.
And when that equilibrium begins to break, we start moving away from Zone 2 and into what I describe as METABOLIC DRIFT

Women were never oppressed. There was NO oppression. What women call oppression today was just PROTECTION.
Let me break it down for you:
1. VOTING:
Women say "we couldn't vote." But back then, voting was not a right, it was a RESPONSIBILITY. Only people who owned property, paid heavy taxes, held public office, or were drafted to DIE in wars could vote.
100% of the people dying in wars were men. You want to vote to send men to war, while you sit at home safe? Makes zero sense. Voting was linked to the DRAFT. You vote, you go to war. Men understood that.
2. BANKING:
"You needed your husband's signature!" Yes, because by LAW, a woman was LEGALLY PROTECTED from debt. Her husband was the head of household and by law HE was 100% liable for ALL debts she made. If she borrowed and couldn't pay, THEY CAME FOR HIM, not her. Creditors went to jail or lost everything - the husband.
So of course his signature was needed. He is the one who goes to prison if you don't pay.
3. PROPERTY - COVERTURE:
They cry about coverture. Coverture meant when you marry, your property merges under ONE name, the husband's, because there was ONE tax filing per household, not two like today. ONE household, ONE name, ONE tax.
It was not to steal from you. It was because the husband was legally responsible for you. If you got sued, he paid. If you owed taxes, he paid. He took your debts too.
These men had mothers they worshipped and daughters they would die for. They were not oppressing women, they were covering them.
4. CONTROLLING WOMEN'S BODIES:
The biggest lie. Back then there were NO abortion pills, NO condoms that worked, NO diapers, NO formula, NO government money to raise a child alone as a single mother, NO good jobs for women to survive alone.
Who bears the most risk in unprotected sex? THE WOMAN. She gets pregnant for 9 months, she risks death during childbirth, which was very common then.
So what did society do? They made sure women stayed virgins until marriage, and made sure men MARRIED them before sex. That is not oppression, that is PROTECTION from becoming a single mother with 3 kids and no food.
And it WORKED. Single motherhood rate was less than 5%. Marriage rate was 90%. Children grew up with fathers.
Today you have "freedom" - 40% single mothers, fatherless homes, abortions everywhere, and women crying that men don't want them.
There was never oppression. There was a system that understood biology and protected women from the consequences of their own choices.

These are White boys. They'd be at home in any town in Oklahoma if they could speak the language.
They aren't our enemy. Killing them would be as stupid and self-destructive as killing Germans was in 1943.
