This is the same #Gamecocks movie I've watched for 60 years, with very few exceptions. No OL play, no tackling, can't cover downfield, QB play is mediocre at best, coaches saying, "we had the best week of practice ever".

So... Our guy barely gets a fingernail on the Mississippi State player and we get a 15 yard "hands to the face" penalty that negates a turnover, but the State player rips Stewart's helmet off by the mask and no penalty. We see you @SECOfficiating

We had Gamecock football season tix from 1974 thru 2022 when we had to give them up. In all those years between '74 & '22 we were never delayed due to lightning, & only one time a weather delay (vs. Georgia in 2014). Just more consequences of the "woosification" of football!

2 bonehead plays at the end by NC State vs Vandy : 1) Going for it on 4th down, giving Vandy a short field needing only a field goal to tie. Then, after intercepting to survive that... 2) All the NC St QB had to do was run out of the back of the endzone, but fumbles in it. 🤦
