Walked past HMS Belfast last night. It always makes me think of my late Uncle Roy who served on that ship and used to talk vividly about his time in the navy when I was a wee boy.

Real privilege to meet Dougie Samuel and @DebbiMcCulloch today @Spartans_CF and learn about their incredible journey - pure inspiration and a tonne of hard work and perseverance. Great to get that sense of a living and breathing community with amazing values.
