If we think of TVL as capital in a company, many people wonder, okay, with this capital:
(1) how much revenue we could make
vs
(2) how much cost we have to pay if we use this capital structure (either its debt or equity)
So:
(1) Fee /TVL answer the question how much revenue we could make per $1 of TVL
(2) Emissions / TVL answer the question how much cost we have to pay for $1 of TVL
In the case of @PharaohExchange , for 30D window
- Fee / TVL = 66.6%
- Emissions / TVL = 39.7%
Means, for every $1 of TVL, they generate $0.666 in revenue while only have to pay $0.397 in cost, which leads to net profit
And guess what, 100% this profit go straight to token holders
Hence, it's always good to be a $PHAR holder
