Female prison officer warned 'all options are on the table' after relationship with inmate - Hull Live share.google/XmwItwDmHnncvHV… The only option on the table should be a Prison Sentence. She puts to shame the hard work that the men and women of this service do on a daily basis.
Tories pledge to build 50,000 new prison places - BBC News share.google/v4GibuhZybhTNA8… It's ok building extra prison places, it's staffing them that going to be your problem

Plenty of talk about prisons trying to stuff prisoners into already unstable jails to head off a population crisis. Until the job that actually matters - front line prison officer - is made attractive & safe and better led, all the extra space won't help.

Your lot destroyed the service, thousands of years of experience left under redundancy and now inexperienced staff are getting mentored by just less experienced staff!!
Violence increased on your watch and many staff have been denied PPE because of dogma pushed by idiots

I was deeply touched by the speeches from @POAnatchair and @JordanCoombsPOA and @PoaSecHull It is greatly appreciated, sorry I couldn't be there in person , thank you
Why am I not surprised that @luke11campbell hasn't responded to my question regarding @POAUnion members working conditions?
Just as a point of interest Mr Campbell, @luke11campbell , what is your view on @POAUnion union members having the right to strike and also their outrageous retirement age, given the conditions they currently work amongst?

In this episode, Jordan, Lewis and Tyler, three members of the Committee join Deputy General Secretary Mick Pimblett to share their hopes and experiences and explain why young members are very much the present as well as the future of the POA.
