It's wonderful to see our foundation students using the chairs and table from our recycled plastic bottle lids. Remember that we are still collecting them.

Today we have enjoyed an assembly by Rob from SchoolCycled. He explained lots about plastic- when it was invented, what happens to used plastic and how plastic is recycled. As a school, we are collecting plastic bottle lids so please bring them into school. #SchoolCycled
Amazing work from JLT, can't wait to see how you get on collecting the bottle tops for #SchoolCycled @MYGroupRecycles. I can't wait to share some of our new resources with you later this year! #recycling #PlasticWaste

I have a very odd job sometimes, just finished washing 2kgs of bottle tops before meeting the eco leaders from @KingswoodParksP on Monday. It definitely makes you appreciate the energy that goes into recycling though!

Recently, I had the pleasure of sitting down with one of our school partners Matt Little from @staracdemies to talk all things #schoollettings, the positive impact on their schools and communities and their vision for the future ✨💚 #sbm #edutwitter #schoollettings – at Manchester, England
We caught up with Matt Little, Procurement Manager at @StarAcademies.
Matt told us all about the benefits school lettings have brought, including the additional revenue that gets reinvested back in the schools.

It's still November and I'm wearing Father Christmas hat. Should make me easy to find at Anfield for the @LSBMA1 conference. Come over and talk to me about income generation. #lettings #community #e
Unfortunately it's far less lovely today than my last day in Durham. On the upside, I've visited some fantastic schools with some amazing facilities and I'm already at my hotel to catch up on some paperwork.
Thought I'd share this again today: youtube.com/watch?v=oJkn2dxX…
Partly because I missed my own circus class yesterday but also because it's amazing and I really hope I can go and have a look one day. #edutwitter #community #sbl
