Happy to announce that 📣… but first… Berlin Marathon Recap 🇩🇪🏃🏽‍♂️. I’ve been processing what I did in Berlin and now I feel I can talk about it. The results hit me very hard and humbled me beyond measure. But instead of shying away from it, I learned to accept it and take those feelings (rage and sadness) and help me train for my next marathon. Which is gonna be… The Tokyo Marathon 🇯🇵 my 4th world major (after I run NYC next month). Beyond grateful for this opportunity because I begged to be able to run this. I am excited to train in the winter and continue this journey of traveling and running.
