This is good, straightforward financial advice
Important lessons about money:
Logging into your financial apps every day is a sign you're not in control of your money.
"Trying" to save money is pointless. Real wealth is from automatic, consistent savings & investments.
As you earn more, it's OK to spend more. Just be sure to save & invest more too. Use percentages in your CSP.
People on TV obsess over Americans' coffee spending, but none of them made their true wealth from asking $3 questions. Focus on the $30,000 questions instead.
You should know the exact month & year your debt will be paid off, including CC debt, student loans, car loans, and mortgage. Less than 5% of people know this.
You should also know the exact month & year you will have $500,000, $1 million, or [choose your number].
A high income solves many financial problems. Learn the skill of building your income.
Money is an important but small part of a Rich Life. Remember that the most important things in life will never show up on a spreadsheet.
You would never "protect" your kids from riding a bike, nor would you say "We don't talk about bikes in this household." So why do so many parents treat money that way?
Your Rich Life is yours. It might be buying beautiful luxury clothes, picking up your kids from school every day, traveling for 2 months a year, or donating 15% every year. You decide.
