CMS looked at AI tools in radiology and essentially said: "You're more efficient now. So we're cutting your pay." 🤯
The Efficiency Adjustment Delay Act would block that 2.5% reduction until 2030 — and require actual empirical evidence before future AI-based cuts.

Almost none of them have reimbursement pathways.
Hospitals can't justify the investment. Vendors can't sustain development. CMS wants real-world data that can't exist without adoption.
