@FedEx please keep your horrible drivers out of the left lane on I-81 when they take four miles to try and pass someone at 10mph below the speed limit. It’s a passing lane. Not a back up traffic lane.

@AmericanAir you guys are full of it. Last Friday it’s a plane issue why we were delayed. Today we are four hours and counting because of a….plane issue. Do you have shit planes? Could not be more upset with you and CLT. Now we’re delayed waiting on 20 pieces of luggage…

Just want to repeat. I hate @AmericanAir Forget another weekly two hour (and counting) delay, but no uodates from gate agents on why. I had to hear why from a bartender. Lol. And we didn’t even have gate agents when we were first delayed. Great customer service AA CLT.

@Hertz - why have a skip the line process if when you check for your car it says none available. So then I have to wait in line to get a car only to wait in line a second time once I get to the garage then handed a key and told hit the alarm button to find my car. Horrible.

Then I hit the button and still can’t find the car. About to lose my mind the “Karen” manager starts telling me to calm down in the garage. She finds the car all the way on the other side of the garage from where they told me to go.
