Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s State Funeral As you will be aware, the funeral of Her Majesty The Queen takes place on Monday 19th September and the day has been declared a public holiday as a mark of respect. Riverside will be operating a much reduced service on this day, responding to emergency repair requests only. This means that regrettably we will need to reschedule around 700 non-emergency repairs and maintenance jobs that have been booked in for that day. We will of course do our utmost to complete these as soon as we possibly can and we ask for your understanding and support at this time of national mourning. You will still be able to access My Riverside via the website or mobile app to request an appointment or to view rent account. For anything that is urgent/an emergency, please call 0345 111 0000.
