Assuming these birds in the latest #GTA artwork are seagulls, they may have a hidden meaning... Spiritually, 3 seagulls can mean 'betrayal and manipulation'. This could be a hint that the next GTA storyline could be about betrayal and pressured into doing things you never wanted to do. It could also be nothing more than 3 seagulls enjoying the Vice City beach sunset.
