Customers can still access the RingByName OX web application, they can still do so at login.ringbyname.com on any browser.
We have received reports that users on Chrome Browser are unable to connect to our web site. Our Engineers have verified that the issue is isolated to Chrome browsers and the site is accessible via Firefox, Safari, and other browsers. They are working to resolve the issue.

Our Engineers are aware of a carrier issue currently impacting some customers in the Eastern US and are working to reroute traffic. More information will be available via twitter
AT&T has resolved routing issues and we now see calls reaching our customers without any issue throughout the Southeast US.
We are seeing improvement within the AT&T network, with fewer calls experiencing problems reaching us from AT&T. We will continue to monitor AT&T's progress.
An AT&T Network issue is causing a small number of calls to R! numbers in the Southeast US to get busy signals or fail. AT&T is working on the issue and we are monitoring their repairs.
We are currently investigating reports of difficulties logging into our platform. Stay tuned for an update.
