The new plan prioritizes industry over people, leaving vulnerable households behind & failing to tackle the root causes of energy poverty. We need real solutions, not empty promises!

🔹 Stop funding fossil fuel infrastructure ❌
🔹 Ensure targeted funding reaches those who need it most
🔹 Strengthen protections against utility debt
A just transition means leaving no one behind! #RightToEnergy

🔹 Social energy tariffs & monitoring of firewood prices
🔹 Energy renovations: Fully funded for low-income households
🔹 Local energy solutions: Heat networks, energy communities & energy sharing

🔥 ETS2 will drive up firewood prices, worsening energy poverty & air pollution. Millions of low-income households rely on firewood for heating, but without safeguards, they’ll be hit hard by the transition.
