Trent, I've called in numerous times to you about the critical need for our Halos to be effective bunters. Tonight is a PERFECT example as to what a team who can do with the bunt. You always say "its a fading skill" and not what teams are doing.
@TrentRushSports
Trent, I'm curious what your take on bunting is now...is it still a fading, fleeting skill in MLB?
Looks like the Angels set themselves up for a win tonight with an outstanding bunt.
Well, Trent it kind of looks like 2 winning teams we've played this year, Guardians and Rays are showing WHY EFFECTIVE BUNTING STILL MATTERS!! WHAT 4 or 5 bunts tonight Trent?!?!?
@Markgubicza
Gubie, If you're serious about doing that obstacle course...I know a guy who I played high school baseball with in Colorado. Matt Iseman--host of AMERICA NINJA WARRIOR--maybe we can get you, Wayne, Roger, Erica, Patrick and Trent on one of their courses! Thoughts?

@Markgubicza
Gubie, where were you on your baseball path when this play went down 50 years ago??
@jbirdcoach
Coach J, I'm currently reading 'Life is Yours to Win' by Augie Garrido. I just finished chapter 1 and was curious if you've ever met Coach Garrido or maybe read his book? Well, I hope you are well Coach J, and I hope you would really write and publish a book. please.
2026 Team USA roster is looking outstanding!
And, with really solid arms like Griffin Jax, things are looking very promising!
@jbirdcoach
Coach J!
One of your players is suiting up for OUR country---World Baseball Classic '26! That new sweeper of his has looked very nice!
@derekjeter
Mr. Jeter, please kindly remind the dodger front runner fans that the Toronto Blue Jays have NEVER LOST A WORLD SERIES.
TAKE HEED DODGER NATION.
@JoeyHahne
Hey bud...Mr. T Ward is closing in on that triple digit RBI mark. I think he will end up with 33-35 HR's and 110+ RBI's.
Also, do you think he and Adell have earned the right to get BOBBLEHEAD night recognition in '26?
@JoeyHahne @Markgubicza
Hey fellas, Ward just hit # 36!
I Predicted he'd hit 33-35 w/110 RBI's...needs about 7 or 8 more RBI'S!

Happy Bday, Gubie & Trent!
Great victory last night. Met up w/some friends for a B.D. party. Surrounded by dodger fans, I was only Angel fan out of 2 dozen people. Another family there saw me w/Angel T & their 8yr old son, Isaac came up & gave me
me this miniature fire helmet. It was early in the game, Angels were down, 3-0 in 1st inning. He kindly presented this to me and said, "I have a few of these, but you're the only Angel fan I see. Will you wear it when the Angels homer tonight?". Mind you, I have NEVER met this
WOW, Just WOW!
Hey Shohei!
Come back tonight and let's do that again!
We'll gladly accommodate you!! @TrentRushSports

Gubie and Trent,
I just read what the lead HaloBoyz Angel wrote on his IG. He said alot, but mostly, he BOOED OUR ANGELS! This guy is just looking for attention& is not a TRUE, LOYAL Angels fan. Be disappointed, fine. BUT DO NOT BOO OUR ANGELS,EVER!
@Markgubicza @TrentRushSports
Gubie and Trent, What fan who PRETENDS to be an Angels fan because he wears a white cloak trying to look like an Angel, BOOS THEIR OWN TEAM?!? And then bad mouths them on IG? Clearly he and his squad seeking attention, well, stop giving it to him!

I watched 'SOUTHPAW' with Jim Abbott last night. A truly tremendous documentary.
In one word to describe it....
POWERFUL!
He refused to let others define his dreams and refused to be a victim.
A lesson for all!
@TrentRushSports
Trent, join me in wishing Reid Detmers, "The Nokomis Nightmare", a very Happy Birthday!
Detmers transition to the bullpen has been nothing less than FANTASTIC!!
And, when opposing batters get in the box, their fate already sealed, hoping only for a quick end.
@Markgubicza
Gubie, might you like the name I'm submitting for Reid Detmers...
"The Nokomis Nightmare"??
@Markgubicza
Gubie, A.I. from Google is suggesting the last time Mike Trout was thrown out at home to complete a double play was ALMOST 10 years ago! August 9, 2015 vs. Baltimore, Adam Jones threw him out for an 8-2 double play at the Big A.
Even a 3-time MVP has his doubters.
And, when he wins his next MVP, just remember, he never quit.
That's what makes great CHAMPIONS in LIFE!

@MikeTrout
REALLY Glad to see you back in the lineup Mike! Keep training, prepping, and playing baseball the way you know best!
