⚡️One of 🇷🇺Russia’s key drone manufacturers is under acute financial stress. ❗️JSC Kronstadt, developer of Orion and Molniya UAVs used in the war against Ukraine, is hit by mounting debt.📉 A bankruptcy claim was filed after failure to pay a ~$100K court judgment (Dec 2025). Over the past year, 154 lawsuits have been filed totaling ~$55M - mainly over breached supply contracts. 2025 net loss reached ~$50M, while reported revenue was only ~$1.1M. Since 2022, the firm also lost backing from Sistema, which had been its primary strategic investor. #RussiaEconomy #MakeRussiaPay Photo: roe. ru

Zelensky just reminded JD Vance that calling Ukrainian territory a "scrap of land" isn't a negotiating position. It's an insult.
With full diplomatic courtesy and zero diplomatic softness, Zelensky explained what Vance apparently doesn't know: the territory in question has 200,000 residents, strong fortifications, and sits exactly where Russia wants to build a bridgehead for its next offensive. Giving it up doesn't end the war. It stages the next one.
Then the closing line: "Every square meter of our land is Ukrainian land and, with all due respect to any of our partners, it is definitely not theirs."
There's no misreading that sentence.

"Stumbling blocks" in front of countless front doors in Germany. A reminder of those who once lived there and were victims of the Nazi regime....
Known as Stolpersteine (“stumbling stones”), these small brass plaques are embedded in sidewalks across Europe to mark the last known residence of victims of Nazi persecution. Each stone lists a name, year of birth, and fate, often including deportation and place of death.
The project was initiated in 1992 by German artist Gunter Demnig and has since expanded to more than 75,000 stones in over 20 countries, making it the largest decentralized memorial in the world. They commemorate not only Jewish victims, but also Romani people, political prisoners, LGBTQ individuals, and others targeted by the regime.
Placement directly outside former homes is intentional, connecting individuals to specific addresses rather than abstract memorials.
Each Stolperstein is installed by hand and polished regularly, often by local residents or volunteers who maintain the memory of those named.

Corey Lewandowski was allegedly trading access to DHS contracts for direct cash payments. This is clear corruption. Oversight Democrats are investigating and we will hold him accountable.

#OTD in 1945, US troops liberated the Buchenwald concentration camp. In the final months of the war, prisoners hid hundreds of children, disguising their identities and sharing scarce resources. As a result, 904 kids—later known as the "Buchenwald Boys"—were still alive at liberation. 📷: USHMM, courtesy of Fred Kahn #America250

Easter is coming.
And yes -
We are tired, angry, grieving.
But we are still here.
And maybe that’s the biggest miracle.
McGowan: Can just let me speak for like one fricken second, bro?
Rothman: Sorry.
McGowan: There was a deal and Trump came in and said, I can get a better deal. And he ripped it up and he didn't get a better deal. And then he went into that country at the request of another country's leader, and he spent $50 billion and killed thousands of civilians and at least 13 American soldiers and hundreds of American soldiers are injured. We've hurt our bases. We've hurt our radar. People hate the country now. We had a president say that we're going to destroy an entire civilization…. That does not make you a good negotiator. That doesn't make you a good guy. It makes you psychotic.

It’s time for Congress to do its job—and NOT on the backs of the American people and federal workers.
For weeks, we have called for Congress to pass a bipartisan deal that would pay FEMA, TSA, and Coast Guard, but not give a penny more to ICE and negotiate away your basic rights.
But House Republicans are fighting among themselves and refusing to get it done. Enough. Pay our federal workers!

HODGES: Little over year ago, Trump and Vance yelled at Zelenskyy in the Oval Office with this ridiculous assertion that Ukraine had “no cards”.
Here we are today, where Ukraine is helping Gulf countries defend themselves against Iranian drones. What an amazing turn of events.

New York City’s Mayor just said what most elected officials won’t.
“We always seem to have money for war. But not to feed the poor.”
Mamdani didn’t stop there.
Thousands of civilians killed. Tens of billions spent. And every program that gets called “unrealistic” — housing, healthcare, schools — costs a fraction of what this war has already burned through.
He’s right.

I urge Congressional colleagues to sponsor my DRAIN ICE Act—to strip ICE of the $75BN that Trump and Republicans handed the agency last summer.
