12 yrs in prison! Great to know that if a mooring operator dishonestly tells a boatowner that a leisure mooring is residential that may be a criminal offence and one that the courts take seriously. According to public records, seven boats @CadoganPier owned by Andrew Moffat @ChelseaYacht are paying @RBKC council tax but Cadogan Pier does not have residential status. @CemKemahli @GregHands @ChelFulhamBen @chelseasociety
