Comfort for a Woman’s Heart is a grief event for women who need a safe and gentle place to freely express the sorrow they experience on Mother’s Day. If you have lost a child or a mother, are widowed, have experienced infertility, miscarriage, stillbirth, or estrangement from your children, you are welcome here. Through music, stories from women just like you, encouraging words from Kay Warren, prayer, and personal reflection, you will find comfort and renewed hope through faith, friendship, and the fellowship that grows from shared suffering.

However, on the same day it snowed on Saddleback Mountain I picked these oranges, tangerines, lemons, and avocados from some of the many fruit trees I planted in my back yard 30 years ago.
Yes, it can #snow in Orange County, CA.
but only on our #SaddlebackMountain.

I don't believe Jesus was a centrist. He stands far above it all. “My kingdom is not of this world..." Jn.18:36
Jesus demands our total allegiance as the center of our lives.
Jesus: "Whoever #serves me must #FOLLOW me." Jn 12:26 Seems obvious, right?
But while serving Jesus in ministry, we can stop #following Him!
Instead, we start following politicians, podcasters, or peers-and our vision, values & priorities come from social media, not Jesus. #bad
