This recruiting trip is over! Heading home tomorrow!OBSERVATION: the simple skill of being able to throw the baseball does not seem so simple anymore. Hard to find position players with strong, accurate arms. Backspin and carry is critical! Throw more often! Go Have A Catch!

The Wizards beat Fossil Ridge on Friday night, but the night was about far more than the game with a special halftime celebration of Lucas Watts' life coloradoan.com/story/sports/…
The goal is to transfer energy to the end of the whip uninterrupted.
•Peel your back foot off the ground, imagine it’s velcroed down
•Rotate into front foot strike, don’t push
•Stay full-foot anchored
•Delay hip rotation
•Delay trunk rotation

Move the body, then throw.
Create force after foot strike.
Everything happens out front, late.
