Man I never thought that I would look at a document full of typos with respect like I do now. It shows they really cared, you know?
Seeing these conversations has been WILD. The agent is actively improving customer service for dozens of brands right now. Excited to open it up.
We've been working with a small group of the best Brands on what the future of shopping looks like.
We all know the future is personal agents and we all know we will talk to them where we talk to everyone else.
In our text messages.
Some crazy stats from the limited beta:
1. Returns convert to exchanges 65.2% of the time 😳
2. Recovered revenue reached $10.7M ❤️
3. Text convos ended in an upsell 14% of the time 📈
Getting to talk to the Brands and see the interactions happening with their Shoppers has been sort of mind melting.
But honestly don't trust us, just try it.
We are opening up some limited availability today for free to Brands who want to get started on the shopping of the future.
Finally someone who cares about your customers as much as you do.
Text this morning from my wife showing the first page of the book she just started. Probably shouldn't read to much into it..
"Dad... What is that?"
"You see son, when a Chevy Avalanche and a DeLorean love each other very much...."
I would reeeeeeally love it if @SlackHQ let me put my mentions and reactions back in my sidebar. :/
If you can't say what you are trying to say without acronyms, initialisms, and business jargon, then I don't believe you actually understand what you are talking about.
Walking to my car with my wife tonight, she told me to "warm it up, Chris."
