A #UAL agent today did her best to ruin our vacation - and she almost succeed. Somehow my account had a duplicate reservation. She deleted the wrong one. We lost our seats on a nonstop to MUC. Had to spend several hours on the phone. Finally got connections through ORD. #FAIL
