Starships were meant to fly (and return to the launch site).
Starship’s fifth flight test lifted off with our most ambitious test objectives yet as we work to demonstrate techniques fundamental to Starship and Super Heavy’s fully and rapidly reusable design.
And on our first try, Mechazilla caught the booster → spacex.com/launches/mission/…
Now that’s something you don’t see everyday. Incredible to see the Aurora over Cork in southern Ireland tonight!

This is a Lockheed WP-3D Orion – one of NOAA’s two #Hurricane Hunters. They're equipped with nose radar, multi-mode radar on the belly, and tail doppler radar, allowing the crew to send back crucial data about hurricanes and other tropical storms.

It’s fair to say this is the Polaris Dawn of a new era in human spaceflight. With @rookisaacman & @Gillis_SarahE making history, by successfully completing the first-ever commercial extravehicular activity (EVA), with SpaceX-designed extravehicular activity (EVA) spacesuits.
