Yesterday I spent an excellent day at Redford Barracks Edinburgh with Cadet Pipes & Drums. This was a brilliant competition and a first-class standard shown by everyone. My congratulations to cadets and adults alike. And thank you for inviting me to present the prizes.

Maybe this is your year to focus on giving back to others by raising some money? Why don't you start off with your very own Army Cadets Charity @acctuk ? Here are some fun ideas on how to raise some money for them!馃挵 #armycadetsuk #raisemoneyforcharity #acctuk

Whilst out on patrol #PHPollard and #PHGilbert stopped to watch the Lord Mayor's Cadet Music Competition, which was also a good training opportunity for the boys. 325CP

Saw this yesterday - truly heartbreaking. @ArmyCadetsUK - if you a cadet is on free school meals there is an entitlement to reduce feeding costs! Many counties or sectors can help in other ways too. Please talk to your CEO if you are unsure @ACF_NELondon @adamswa0401
