Hand luggage or hold luggage? According to @Ryanair you pay both!! First pay hand luggage online and then change that idea to hold at the airport to double the baggage #AirTax !! Play nice / simply run an ‘offset’ pricing for loyal customers !!

Maybe he has big hands but this little bag which we paid €35 as hand luggage that was half empty was too wide according to @Ryanair tax collector at the gate and took an additional €65… which is a total cost per bag of €100 !!!! 7kg more Nearly as expensive as #gold

The red bag is the standard hand luggage bag!! The green bag is what your standard bag looks like if you carry a hacksaw and saw the top off at the checkin desk to meet the requirements @Ryanair BOTH bags in the pictures require NO wheels - so be prepared to snap them off

UNACCEPTABLE - @bookingcom passing off selling airline tickets the airline does NOT approve them to sell - I arrived at the airport to find myself we a CANCELLED booking / no flight tickets / no reservation - and they are refusing a refund - SHOCKING
