Dear passenger, Western Railway is committed to providing safe, comfortable, and punctual train services. Every effort is made to maintain punctuality; however, occasional delays may occur due to various operational and external factors beyond the direct control of the Railways. These include alarm chain pulling, trespassing, late running of Mail express, door closure issues of AC EMU, speed restrictions imposed for maintenance asset failures, etc.
