I respectfully request a final human review of my terminated YouTube channel, “Rodrick Lighting Production's.”
I have now received favorable decisions from two certified EU DSA dispute settlement bodies regarding my case.
Platform Control ruled that the moderation decision against my channel was unlawful after YouTube failed to provide evidence or participate in the proceedings.
In addition, Appeals Centre Europe issued a default decision in my favor because YouTube failed to provide sufficient information regarding the alleged violations.
My channel focused mainly on creative animation content, and I always tried to follow YouTube’s Community Guidelines. I sincerely believe the termination may have resulted from an incorrect automated action or misunderstanding.
I respectfully ask for a fair manual review of my channel and reconsideration of the termination decision.

I find it very disappointing that creators who invest an enormous amount of time, energy, and effort into producing their videos are being penalized.
I create my videos MYSELF. I only use AI as a supporting tool, which is allowed under YouTube’s policies.
It takes me around three days to create a single video, and I only upload one to two videos per week. I am NOT mass-producing content.
I understand that YouTube wants to take action against channels that use bots to upload multiple low-effort, spam-like videos every day.
But I create my videos with attention to detail, passion, and a significant investment of time and work.
I create videos about topics that genuinely interest ME personally, including topics requested by my subscribers. I actively engage with my audience and try to respond to all comments from my subscribers. This is exactly what my audience — now over twelve thousand subscribers — appreciates about my channel.
I kindly ask you to watch my appeal video and recognize that there is a REAL HUMAN behind this channel — someone who puts a great amount of time and effort into producing these videos personally, while only using AI as a supporting tool.

44 days now! Demonetized for reused content without anyone viewing my appeal.
My content is not reused, it's created by me and doesn't exist anywhere else.
It uses my own script, voiceover (recorded by me using my own voice), visuals and editing.
I transform horror cases into documentary styled videos, without using ai :)
I hope this mistake can be resolved soon, especially as my videos were reviewed by humans in the past.

I would like to emphasize once again that there is a real human being behind my channel.
I am not running a content farm, I am not mass-producing videos, and I am not uploading automated low-effort content.
Every video on my channel is personally created by me. I spend a great amount of time researching topics, editing scripts, creating visuals, producing and editing the videos, and interacting with my audience.
I only upload one or two videos per week because each video takes multiple days of work to complete. My focus has always been on quality, storytelling, and creating engaging content for my viewers — not on producing large amounts of repetitive content.
My channel has grown organically to nearly twelve thousand subscribers, and I have built a real community around my content.
AI tools are only used to assist my workflow, not to replace my own creativity, effort, or editorial decisions.
I respectfully ask you to please recognize the human work and dedication behind my channel and review my case again with this in mind.

I'm still demonetized you know, it's been 43 days.
C'mon, I'm a real creator, I write my own scripts, record said scripts with my voice, create visuals and edit them!
All of my content is documentary styled, transforming horror cases.
Being demonetized for reused content is a mistake.
Having my appeal rejected for "not being representative of my channel" is also a mistake, while having 0 views is also a mistake.

Dear YouTube Team,
Please review my channel manually once. I am requesting a human review because this situation is very serious for a creator. For the last 3 months, my channel has had no earning, no revenue, and restrictions that prevent me from properly working on my channel. After that, I was also banned. This is extremely painful for a creator who has worked honestly and tried to follow every YouTube policy.
I want to ask respectfully: if there is any mistake on my channel, then please clearly explain what the exact issue is. I never received a proper explanation about which videos or which specific policy caused this action. Without understanding the problem, it becomes impossible for a creator to improve.
I feel very disappointed because many creators who steal or repost content continue uploading without action being taken against them, while creators who genuinely try to follow policies are punished. This feels unfair and very discouraging.
If there were issues in some of my old videos, I would have deleted or updated them immediately if I had known. YouTube policies continue to update over time, and I always try to update my channel accordingly and follow every rule. I respect YouTube’s guidelines and I never intentionally violated any policy.
I am only asking for one fair opportunity: please let a real human review my channel carefully and explain the exact problem. I am ready to fix any mistake if something is wrong.
YouTube is a dream platform for many creators, and creators like us depend on it emotionally and financially. Please help me and review my channel fairly.

Day 57 of being demonetized for "inauthentic content".
I've already lost all pending revenue, and momentum.
At this point the oply thing I still want to understand is WHY my channel got flagged as inauthentic?
How am I supposed to reapply for monetization if I don't know what policy points I violated?
I've been very open in my appeal, showing my entire creation process, I went through the policy point by point, I made 2 videos about my demonetization, where I shared my entire channel history.

How is that fair?
Since then, I’ve been asking for one thing: a clear explanation of what exactly is considered insufficiently transformative on my channel.

I sent an appeal video where I showed my editing process, cap cut/after effects projects, effects, captions and how I make my ranking videos. I edit everything myself and spend many hours on each shorts
But I only received generic replies without any specific explanation or flagged videos.
Also, my email/support access is blocked for 30 days now, so I can’t even continue the conversation properly.

@TeamYouTube my channel with 900K+ subscribers was demonetized for “Reused Content” even though I spend hours editing and transforming every single video myself.
I add my own captions, effects, and unique editing style to all my uploads. I even submitted a detailed video appeal showing my entire editing process and workflow.

It's been 275 days since my channel was demonetized, and I am fighting for my life, my family, and my team.
I am the founder of "Teddy Chase," a studio that combines high-end 3D CGI with live-action filmmaking. I didn't build this to spam or automate; I built it with a dedicated team of 15 people. Every episode is the result of 24 hours of non-stop work—from scripts to acting, to manual frame-by-frame rendering.
@TeamYouTube demonetized my channel for "Inauthentic Content." My appeals were rejected by a machine that didn't even look at my work. I have provided a private BTS video showing my exact production process, our studio, and our workflow, but to this day, that video still has 0 VIEWS.
Nobody watched my evidence. Nobody looked at my edit timelines. An automated system made a decision about my livelihood and nobody questioned it.
I’ve done everything I could to comply—I even deleted 128 videos, leaving only 22 original masterpieces. @TeamYouTube confirmed they would perform a "manual review," but the replies I get are just generic, soulless templates.
I haven't slept properly in months. My family depends on me. I have three children, and my wife just gave birth to our third baby 10 days ago. This channel is our only livelihood. To keep this studio alive during these 275 days of demonetization, I have already had to lay off 40 talented people. I am currently selling my personal assets just to pay my remaining 15 staff members and keep them employed. If this isn't resolved, I will be forced to sell my house and move my newborn and my family out.
I’m not asking for sympathy. I’m asking for one thing: a real human to open my channel, watch my BTS evidence, and look at the actual work my 15-person crew has produced.
