"Pooled evidence from available trials reporting both reduction in amyloid levels and change in cognition suggests that amyloid reduction strategies do not substantially improve cognition."
The same will likely happen with alpha-synuclein therapy.

This is crazy!
An editor asked 41 teams to provide data because their manuscripts looked too clean.
HALF of the teams withdrew their papers. 1 out of 41 teams provided full data.
My editorial paper entitled, "No raw data, no science: another possible source of the reproducibility crisis". When I feel the results are too beautiful, I requested raw data before sending it out for review. 40 out of 41 did not send me the right data.

Very excited to present our new work in Nature Communications. We identified a pattern of genes expressed systematically along the A/P axis of the human hippocampus. The pattern also informed hippocampo-cortical interactions. rdcu.be/b1UlW 1/n
