I witnessed two women within five days of each other, within a few blocks of my UWS home, being mowed down by e bikes. This guy was obviously going against traffic.

We need to embrace the growth of e-bikes — not ignore it. This means building wider lanes for e-bikes & scooters, creating safe public charging stations, and providing $$$ for safe bikes & batteries. Without this, gas mopeds are seen as the only option. nyc.streetsblog.org/2023/07/…
