Instead of spending a bunch of time optimizing the color of their ‘book a demo’ button on their site, @Appcues did a few things:
1 - made it easy for people to get their hands on the product
2 - made it even easier to book a demo right inside the app using @RevenueHero 👇

Big news to start the week!
In MOPs, I can’t think of too many things that are worse than finding out a qualified lead waited a week for a response.
@RevenueHero is conquering this exact problem and I’m super pumped to announce that they are partnering with @humansofmartech.
What a week already with another funding news from our customers 🤩

Question: How many reps do you think follow up after a prospect does not show up for a meeting?
Answer: Whatever you guessed, it's way lower than it.
Turns out, 39% of the reps don't even follow up with a prospect who booked a meeting but did not show up for the call.
2. And are you sending enough reminders? Because, you know... Life and all that can get in the way ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
3. What happens after your reps mark these prospects as no-shows? Are your reps following up at least couple of times?
Do you have a nurture sequence planned out to keep the conversation going with your prospects?
(Psst... @davegerhardt did a nifty video with Matthew Carnevale on this topic. Check out this snippet. -> lnkd.in/gqhWbHd5)

No more relying on manual updates from the AE or BDR teams to flip a field to meet completed. You can automate the entire process. If you use RevenueHero - you can use Meeting Status to count how many demos were completed.
🤓 Common best practice: Reach out to Closed Lost.
😱 Missed opportunity: Follow up with prospects immediately if they did not show up for the meeting.
Among all the things we noticed when analyzing 1000 B2B websites, this was a shocker.
Of the few companies who managed to book a meeting with us, 39% of them did not follow up when we didn't show up for the meeting. And it's not like they cancelled our meeting prior to the call either.
Only 3% of them cancelled the meeting to say we might not be a good fit for them.
There's a ton for you to dive into this report.
So check it out.

3. The messy middle: What do they use to solve this problem? This is where you come in to the picture.
4. A happy end
You could go a step further in this story and talk about:
1. The consequences: What happens if you don't solve it?
2. The social proof: Who you've solved it for? And why should I believe you?
