Andrew Tate says the UK case against him is “an old group chat” and “IT WASN’T EVEN MY PHONE.”
I went through the actual extradition filing (S.D. Fla. 1:26-mj-03260, Doc 68-1). It contradicts nearly every line of his post. 🧵

They asked to push back all the case management deadlines by 90 days and the trial ready date by 70 days because they have missed multiple existing deadlines by a large amount.
Jane doe opposes any delay or extension of time.
McBride is getting Tate fans hopes up by portraying a procedural step that happens in 95% of Habeas cases as somehow indicative that the judge is siding with them.
Meanwhile a few days ago he admitted on a podcast that its very unlikely they will win here.
BREAKING:
The DOJ and Tate's lawyers have agreed to set the final extradition hearings for 19th and 20th November, it not being decided yet whether the hearings will be consolidated or separate.

Tate: “scraping the bottom of the barrel.”
The 42 charges: 23 are rape (10), assault (7), trafficking (5), controlling prostitution (1). 19 are images.
The Jan 2024 warrant had no image charges;
Romania ordered extradition on it in Mar 2024.

Money: per the filing’s evidence, Complainant 6 worked 1,248 hours on cam (Sept 2016-Mar 2017) and generated $115,469.90, about £93.5k.
She was paid £26,454.52.
The filing says the brothers made significant profits from her.

What’s alleged instead: passports taken and locked away (C5, C6);
a woman told she couldn’t leave;
threats to kill her and her family if she talked;
women pressured, some forced, into sex acts on camera.

Trafficking under UK law (Modern Slavery Act s.2) = arranging or facilitating TRAVEL with a view to exploitation.
Victim consent is irrelevant.

The filing on that “group chat”: he bragged a paying client was sending him $1,000 a day over her explicit on-camera acts, posted PayPal screenshots, and said he’d dump her if she didn’t comply.
She was under 18.

The “old group chat”: in Jan 2015 he messaged the girl “I could get in legal trouble cause ur 17.”
Then he and Tristan planned what to tell her father: no ID, she doesn’t look 17.
Prosecutors say that shows he knew.

The filing: he was questioned under caution in Aug 2016 about these devices, including a “porn vids” folder and extreme porn.
No limitation period applies.
The 2015 arrest was for “separate matters.”
