"The Gospel is like a caged lion. It does not need to be defended, it just needs to be let out of its cage. ” ~ Charles Spurgeon

It takes a great sinner to preach, as well as to hear.” - Keith E. Knauss
A football team can’t be judged by how nice they huddle up on the field, but by how they execute the play AFTER they leave the huddle. Likewise, a church's effectiveness can’t be judged by how they gather on Sunday, but by how they live out their Christianity the other six days!
Charles Spurgeon, when once asked to describe his preaching style, said “I take my text and make a bee-line to the cross”.

“The Bible does not acknowledge contemporary or traditional worship. The only worship the Bible acknowledges is “True Worship." Sadly, the style of worship has become more important to many than "WHO they Worship.” ~ Craig Edwards
