You're both right, but that's not the interesting part.
It's true that some subset of remote workers are the most productive they've ever been. And what Marc is saying is VERY true for some people/teams/companies.
The interesting part is knowing which applies to you.
This is the most stupid thing I’ve read.
I’ve been fully remote since 2017, my productivity is like 20x that of being in an office.
Offices stink, they make people who love booking meetings look important.
Hybrid work is both making people happier and more productive.
But I guess when you want to run a sweatshop it’s nice to have everyone under camera surveillance and in person performance reviews.
