Opponents of Amendment 3 will express or do whatever it takes to ensure that local and county government entities can continue writing blank checks funded by our hard earned money. Much of our property taxes are squandered on pet projects, ideologically driven garbage and other forms of egregious abuse and waste. It should be obvious that most, if not all, of these midnight hour attacks by opponents of A3 are coming from those who have a vested interest to see the abused property tax sham/money grab continue. If we were able to follow the money, we'd see evidence that this is the case. Look at the track record of @GovRonDeSantis proposing/supporting public policies that promote Floridians' best interests. It's clear that he's always been a demonstrably proven ally of ours in so many ways over his tenure as Florida's governor. In the absence of conducting your own research into the financial trail of what A3 will result in for Floridians, please allow Governor Desantis's ardent support of A3 to be the acid test you use to determine who is on the side of truth versus lies on this vital issue.
