Make no mistake: Letitia James is a defund-the-police politician. For her, having more criminals on the street isn’t a problem — it’s a policy.
She pushed for less police. She loves our catch-and-release bail laws. And she ignores the innocent people who keep getting attacked by repeat offenders, including our own cops.
New York needs an AG who supports the police, will fix the broken bail laws, and will lock up repeat offenders, and I’ll do just that.

Sexual assault investigations are some of the most serious cases a prosecutor can handle, and they demand fairness, impartiality, and integrity.
Tish James has never prosecuted a case, and she's already compromised this one by prejudging it.

New York is so expensive, even the Tooth Fairy is going broke.
Families deserve relief. Lower taxes. Lower utility bills. More money in your pocket.

🚨 WOW! An immigration judge just gave the GREEN LIGHT for the Trump admin to DEPORT the leader of Wisconsin's largest mosque, Salah Sarsour — who is pro-Islamist and Palestine
GOOD RIDDANCE! 👋🏻
He was detained due to threats to national security. NOW HE CAN LEAVE.

Antisemitism is hate. Hate crimes demand accountability.
New Yorkers deserve an Attorney General who will take action against hate crimes.

I've gotten the endorsement of 42 sheriffs across New York. That's an overwhelming majority. That's stunning.
The current sheriffs of New York endorsed the challenger instead of the sitting attorney general, who they've worked with for eight years.

.@NassauExec CALLS OUT Kathy Hochul for raising utility costs on New Yorkers:
"Donald Trump didn't raise utility rates 48 times - YOU did."
"You've raised the average bill $4,000 a year and your own energy research department says your policies will raise it another $4,000."

Kathy Hochul blames Trump for high costs in New York yet she is the one raising your taxes over and over again. The whole debate all I have heard from her is “Trump, Trump Trump.”

I've been to all 62 counties in New York, and everywhere I go, people tell me the same thing. They want to feel safe. Crime is making New York less safe and less affordable, from the subway to the locked shelves at the store.
As Attorney General, I'll fix it.

As Attorney General, I will follow the facts, enforce the law, and put New Yorkers first.

.@KathyHochul and @ZohranKMamdani spent days defending Oscar Belgal, the criminal who pulled a machete on neighbors, robbed people at gunpoint, and was arrested selling fentanyl, cocaine, and heroin.
New York kept releasing him.
When the feds moved to take him off the streets, these politicians treated the agents like the criminals.
They called Belgal a “New Yorker” and a “good father”. They ignored the people he robbed, the neighbors he terrorized, and the drugs he was pushing.
This is not compassion. It’s a political class that sides with a criminals over the citizens they’re supposed to protect and calls law enforcement the problem when they do their job.
It’s also a disservice to the good, hard-working, law-abiding immigrants they claim to be protecting.
They failed the basic duty.
Protect the people who live here. Stop shielding the ones who prey on them.
Remember this on November 3rd.

We enforce these laws with no help from Mayor Mamdani and Governor Hochul.
Since January 20, 2025, to October 8, 2026, New York has failed to honor 16,070 ICE detainers. There are 52,503 total criminal charges and convictions associated with the detainers that were not honored.
The Trump Administration is committed to protecting the American people in every city and every state, and we won’t let sanctuary politicians stand in our way.

A bus driver was brutally attacked. His accused attacker was released on bail and has now been arrested for allegedly assaulting a fire marshal.
Last night, Letitia James made clear that she continues to support the broken bail laws that she has championed for eight years, even though they have resulted in repeat offenders hurting innocent transit workers, first responders, and everyday New Yorkers. I have proposed a commonsense way to fix those broken bail laws that has bipartisan support and will stop New York’s revolving door of repeat offenders. This issue is one of the clearest differences between us.
Today, we have another example of why this issue cannot be ignored.
New Yorkers deserve an Attorney General who takes violent crime seriously, fights to keep dangerous repeat offenders off our streets, and puts public safety first.
