Officers stayed busy Saturday night keeping Tucson streets safe. One impaired driver side-swiped a DUI Unit downtown & another was caught speeding out east. That driver was found w/cocaine & an AK-47 within reach. Motor Units also stopped a triple-digit speeder on Aviation Hwy.

It gets hot in the desert around summertime, so Tucson Pride is held in October. But June is still #pridemonth and #representationmatters, so it is important to acknowledge our #LGBTQ officers out there everyday making #tucson safer.
Greetings from Tucson and happy #PRIDE

ODS officers responded to an armed robbery at a local convenience store. The suspect ran from officers and hid in a citizen’s storage room. Officers used their specialize tools and had the assistance from our K9 Unit. Suspect was taken into custody safely. Awesome job!!!
