Former Soldier @MysticsofMythos did not comply with the Covid-19 vaccine mandate. He was set to retire on February 26th of 2022. 10 hours before he reached his retirement day that would have cleared him of the mandate, his chain of command altered his orders expeditiously.
Former Soldier of the Maine National Guard @elijahames4213 is currently unable to receive backpay because of his refusal of the COVID-19 vaccine in 2021.
Once Biden was elected and the Covid-19 vaccine was mandated, Elijah's unit was deployed to the southern border. Because of his noncompliance with the vaccine mandate, Elijah was unable to go on the deployment. He was placed with the rear detachment and drilled with them when in-person drills occurred. He submitted his Religious exemption in August of 2021, after his unit had deployed and left him behind. Elijah asked one of his officers in charge, Lieutenant (LT) Smith about his exemption and was met with indifference.
Around April of 2022, Elijah was informed by LT Smith that he would have to submit a new exemption package, revoke his original exemption package and deny the vaccine, or get the vaccine. After much prayer, and consulting with his family, Elijah decided to revoke his original exemption package. Within a month of that revocation, he was made aware that he would be receiving a General Officer's Memorandum of Reprimand (GOMAR) and an article 15 for refusing a Lawful order. In May of 2022, he was on an Annual Training (AT) and had an opportunity to continue his certifications to keep his Combat Medic status active. However, LT Smith told Elijah that he was going to be involuntarily separated so it was pointless for him to attend those certification courses.
On that same AT, Captain (CPT) Nunez was going to take over the unit upon its return from its deployment to the southern border. CPT Nunez was unaware of Elijah's situation and told him "We failed you and I'm sorry that there's nothing I can do. The Army should have found a way to work with you." On June 6, 2022, Elijah was placed on permanent leave without pay for 7 months. After those 7 months, he was notified that he had to go back because the supreme court ruled that Biden's vaccine mandate was unconstitutional. Elijah was forced to return to his unit and finish his contract with combat medic certifications that were due to expire shortly. Some officers in his unit attempted to assist Elijah with renewing his combat medic certifications.
Because of the circumstances surrounding his discharge and the discharge codes he received, Elijah is ineligible for back pay and reversal of administrative damages done to his military record by his refusal to receive the experimental COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

Former Navy SEAL Chief Warrant Officer 3 (CWO3) Paul Drew Forsberg @1CHR12_32 was threatened with losing his 19.5 career of honorable service for not taking the Covid-19 vaccine. In SEPT. 2021, he was presented with a Page 13 directive, requiring acknowledgement of his unvaccinated status and requiring him to partake in the experimental vaccination or to apply for a Religious Accommodation (RA) within a 10-day period. He complied with the timeline for submitting his RA and soon afterwards tested positive for COVID-19 with related symptoms.
Upon his recovery from COVID-19, CWO3 Forsberg faced immediate opposition from his superior officers. His officer in charge (OIC) Lieutenant Commander (LCDR) Joseph "Tommy" Simmons, and Commodore Walt Allman were aligned in their explicit stance against CWO3 Forsberg's RA request. Both officers submitted statements recommending against the approval of CWO3 Forsberg's RA, citing operational concerns. They argued that the missions effectiveness of their undersea SEAL team would be compromised if CWO3 Forsberg remained unvaccinated.
Despite CWO3 Forsberg's 19.5 years of service, the actions taken by his command in response to his RA request led to recommendations for his removal from SEAL status and active duty, solely based on his religious beliefs. These recommendations stemmed from Admiral Wyman Howard's Trident Order #12 from which declared SEALs refusing the Covid-19 vaccine on religious grounds as disqualifying them from special operations status.
Reacting to mounting pressure and the clear stance of the chain of command, CWO3 Forsberg requested 30 days of leave, due to a command that undervalued his contributions because of his religious convictions. However, LCDR Simmons in a personal appeal, urged CWO3 Forsberg to cancel his leave request and continue his role as an Operations Officer, directly contradicting his previous statement to the Department of the Navy regarding the RA.
The Department of the Navy denied CWO3 Forsberg's RA request and he promptly appealed this decision, noting his recovery from COVID-19 as a factor for continued immunity and LCDR's Simmon's unofficial request to remain performing his duties. In a blatant move of hypocrisy, both LCDR Simmons and Captain Allman issued non-recommendations for his appeal.
During this tumultuous period, a preliminary injunction related to the "First Liberty Case" (US Navy SEALs 1-26 v Biden), a class-action lawsuit challenging the vaccine mandate was issued, effectively halting Trident Order #12 and any punitive actions against Naval service members who sought religious exemptions. The legal relief allowed CWO3 Forsberg to extend his service, enabling him to reach a retirement milestone of 22 years.

Former Chief Warrant Officer 2 Smith @Dr_Knows_Dog (CW2) and United States Air Force Civil Service Member resigned his commission in protest with the Oklahoma National Guard and resigned his position with the USAF civil service.
Starting in 2021, he was a CW2 in the Oklahoma National guard, leading intelligence systems operations, during their pre-mobilization for the National Training Center (NTC) at Fort Irwin, CA. Under Maj. General Michael Thompson, unvaccinated soldiers were identified, required to participate in additional invasive COVID testing, and were treated with different regulations as a result of their religious convictions. At NTC, under Brigadier General Curtis D. Taylor, this abuse worsened-testing, exposures, and quarantine procedures were only applied to unvaccinated soldiers, despite vaccinated soldiers consistently testing positive and being sick. The unvaccinated soldiers were separated by their Company Commander based on vaccination status, and anyone unvaccinated was sent to a quarantine camps, while everyone else, regardless of their health status, was able to continue the mission. In the quarantine camp at Fort Irwin, they were isolated for two weeks due to COVID exposure and their unvaccinated status, provided only MREs for meals, and denied access to basic services like laundry, hot food, or standard liberties without increased scrutiny. Gen. Taylor met with them in quarantine and when they informed him of their issues about basic necessities, he eventually allowed hot meals to be delivered from the chow hall. Gen. Taylor echoed talking points from major news networks like Dr. Fauci, stating to their faces that this was a "Pandemic of the Unvaccinated." He was aware of the sick vaccinated soldiers but only placed them, the unvaccinated soldiers, in quarantine. He stated they could not leave unless they received a negative Covid test by the end of two weeks. Due to the unlawful behavior he witnessed and systemic wholesale discrimination against soldiers' medical and religious beliefs, CW2 resigned his commission in protest in OCT 2021 and left the OK National Guard by the December of 2021, ending his 13.5 years of honorable service.
As a GS-13 with the USAF at Tinker Air Force Base, he led IT operations, managing national networks, briefing senior leaders, and overseeing million dollar budgets. Shortly after the Covid-19 vaccine mandate, he submitted two religious accommodations in accordance with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964- one for the vaccine mandate in SEPT 23, 2021 and a second one for the mask mandate. He had contracted COVID-19 several months prior and had natural immunity, which his USAF leadership was aware of. In his accommodations, he explained why his religious beliefs did not allow him to follow these new USAF policies. Within 24 hours of submitting his mask mandate accommodation, he was threatened with arrest by the 72nd ABW command, despite their failure to receive or adjudicate his request as required by regulation and law, relying on intimidation tactics and coercion for his compliance in his civilian capacity. He was informed on NOV 16, 2021 that he was subject to weekly medical procedures by the USAF known as "COVID testing" because he was unvaccinated due to his religious convictions. The medical testing requirements did not apply to his vaccinated peers. He was informed that if he did not comply, that he would be subject to punitive action up to termination. He assesses that these stringent requirements were reprisals as it was inconsistently applied to staff members. In FEB 2022, he informed his senior leaders, that based on the behavior he experienced, he did not believe the senior leaders in the DoD would recognize an unlawful order of it slapped them in the face.
