Resource investing has a new dimension👇
I’ve created a platform that lets me share my raw work with everyone: interactive 3D deposit models, built from the drill results mining companies publish.
Spin it, slice it. Drag the cut-off and watch the tons react. Plug in your own copper price and costs and watch the economics move👀
Built from public data. My interpretation, not investment advice.

After this pod, I got an opposing view from another geologist. He said non-geos with enough focus and time in the market can outperform geos.
Experience > degree type of thing.
As a non-geo, that gives me hope.

“What would success look like at Sama & Seydou?”, asks @ResourceTalks.
$ARIC.V CEO's answer was clear:
We’re targeting a standalone discovery with the continuity and scale to make it mineable.
Drill results from the 100%-owned ground are expected this quarter.

When asked about grade at BBM, $ARIC.V CEO Andrew pointed to what really matters:
Ounces per vertical metre.
It’s not just a grade story, it’s a grade vs. tonnage story.
Underground mining has a cost, but if you can extract enough material profitably, it can still be mined.

Another note on cheap paper.
Is cheap paper in a shell an automatic deal breaker?
No.
If it were that simple, junior mining would be easy, and then nobody would be here pretending this sector is rational.
Shells are often used to get assets publicly trading, and yes, they frequently come with cheap shares in the background.
That is not unusual, and by itself it does not kill the story. Sometimes it is just part of the plumbing.
The mistake is treating “cheap paper exists” as the entire analysis.
Cheap shares matter because they can become supply.
But the behavior of that supply depends on who owns it, what their incentives are, and how they’ve acted in past situations.
A tightly held block in aligned hands is very different from a loose pile of lottery tickets spread across tourists, flippers, and legacy holders who forgot they even owned the thing until the stock moved.
So the real question is who owns the cheap stock, under what structure, and how likely are they to hit the market.
As I said last week, cheap paper is a big risk factor, but misaligned cheap paper is a different category of risk entirely.
One can be absorbed. The other can sit on the stock like wet cement while everyone keeps wondering why the story won’t rerate even tho the in-situ value is 17 trillion arctic pesos.
I asked @Gallopergold $BOOM.CN about cheap paper in our recent interview.
The CEOs answer can be heard in the clip below.
