This week’s @FutureMineral Forum provided @PowerMetRes with the opportunity to connect with investors, and business leaders across the mineral and metal value chain. We were also delighted to have 1-2-1 meetings with key influencers from the region and met several licence holding companies in KSA to discuss potential exploration partnership opportunities. Last year, Power Metal announced the conditional disposals of the Reitenbach and E-12 uranium properties respectively into Teathers Financial plc, which is to be renamed Uranium Energy Exploration plc.
Considerable progress has been made on the structure of the transaction and the advancement of the assets, a key component of which has been the successful completion of a pre-IPO financing which is announced today.
Pre-IPO Highlights:
▪️Teathers/UEE has conditionally raised approximately £421,500 through Pre-IPO financing.
▪️The capital raised enables Teathers/UEE to self-finance its operations including its planned IPO advisory costs, corporate expenses and various project expenditures.
▪️No warrants are included automatically with the Financing, however should warrants be offered as part of the planned IPO placing, participants in this Pre-IPO financing will receive warrants on the same terms.
Further Highlights:
▪️With the pre IPO Financing work complete, Teathers/UEE is now moving to execute on further corporate initiatives in advance of its planned Q1/Q2 2024 listing on the London capital markets.
