I am embarking on a journey of self-publishing a book about measuring UX metrics and how designers, product managers, and leadership might use those metrics. What is one question you have recently had about measuring UX metrics?

Growing up my favorite genre of fiction was mystery/detective novels. The sheer fastidiousness of Sherlock Holmes, the active listening of Hercule Poirot, and the inquisitive nature of Tintin. These have all shaped my mindset as a UX Researcher. #userresearch #tintin #Sherlock

Great question! Lots of thoughts on this.
1st: Inclusivity in design is extremely important.
2nd: Personas are the wrong place to introduce inclusion into the process.
Let me explain.

I am wondering about #CoCreation ... what is it? What is it not? There seems to be disagreement about it. To encourage feedback and criticism I offer you this thread.
