From Idaho to Oregon we are finding out again and again that responsible citizens who carry can end threats effectively. Conceal carry is a right and should not be restricted

To all the homies: with today’s NFA news, Don't forget how hard SB Tactical has fought for gun owners. It takes something special to fight for our 2A rights when winning could work against your own business interests. That deserves respect, and our support. @sb_tactical

A lot of you just got here. Over 30,000 new people in a couple of days. You didn’t show up for a slogan. You showed up because a factory in Sherrill, New York refused to die. That is the point of this account. Since 1998 we have done one thing: find the companies still making it in America and put them in front of people who actually want to buy from them. Liberty Tabletop is one of those companies. There are more. If you just followed, stay. We are going to keep telling those stories. Buy American. Not as a mood. As a habit. 🇺🇸 1/2

Suppressors are PPE. You should absolutely be able to mail-order one directly to your door without a background check, fingerprints, registration, or government permission. Just as Americans once could.
This Day in History: The Father of the American Suppressor Is Born On September 2, 1869, American inventor Hiram Percy Maxim was born in Brooklyn, New York. Maxim later developed the commercially successful Maxim Silencer, applying his work in sound reduction to tame the expanding powder gases at a firearm’s muzzle. His “silent firearm” patent describes a series of chambers that redirected those gases before they reached the atmosphere. It was a practical invention designed to reduce muzzle blast and noise. Congress nevertheless swept silencers into the National Firearms Act of 1934 and imposed a prohibitive tax specifically intended to discourage their ownership. Maxim’s legacy remains a reminder that suppressors began as ordinary American firearms innovation, and should be treated as common safety equipment, not contraband. @AmSuppressor @GunOwners @gunpolicy @2AFDN @gunrights

This is amazing to read because for the longest time, even most pro-2A lawyers were hesitant to expressly make this argument in court. Now a police amicus brief does it! Love it.
Antigunners like to brag that law enforcement is on their side when it comes to things like AWBs and mag bans. Well, that's changing. Amicus brief just filed by the National Sheriffs' Association and Western States Sheriffs' Association in our support in Viramontes and Grant! "Any ban of an entire class of arms that is currently overwhelmingly chosen by Americans for self-defense violates the Second Amendment right to bear arms."

🚨BREAKING🚨 It's official! @SilencerShop completed the first lawful, unregistered suppressor transfer since June 26th, 1934. @TheAKGuy's purchase was approved & @WesVirdellTX skipped the background check with his concealed carry permit. This is One Big Beautiful Victory. 🇺🇸🔫

🚨BREAKING🚨 Congressman Andrew Clyde has "received confirmation from the Trump Administration that the DOJ will NOT appeal our historic court victory against the NFA." Thank you, President Trump, for restoring our Second Amendment rights and gutting the National Firearms Act!

Gun Owners of America wrote the Attorney General and the ATF director to tell them, in advance and in writing, that a licensed Texas dealer intends to transfer suppressors to Brandon Herrera and state Rep. Wes Virdell with no Form 4, no ATF approval, and no entry in the federal registry. Then GOA gave the government until 5 p.m. to object. @GunOwners @SilencerShop @TheAKGuy @wesvirdelltx usacarry.com/midnight-deadli…

From now on rocking a suppressed pistol as your carry gun will be known as carrying Animal Style.
Any chance this changes the public perception of silencers?

Colorado had more than a year to prepare for this law, and on the eve of implementation, the path to compliance is still riddled with confusion. But that is almost beside the point. A constitutional right should never depend on which sheriff will take your application, whether you can afford the fees, whether a class is available or whether a state database happens to work. SB25-003 does exactly that. It turns the right to purchase a commonly owned firearm into a privilege controlled by government approval, cost and bureaucracy. That is not a minor inconvenience. It is a direct attack on the constitutional rights of every Coloradan. Full article: wethesecondcolorado.com/colo…
