GOD IS GOOD - LIFE UPDATE: Some of you may know this but the first real job I ever had was pest control. I loved it. I had a great life mentor named Dennis English who taught me about business, and serving others. He changed my life. As a result, I have always dreamed of getting back into that industry and starting my own company. Last June I took the plunge and joined my old friend Jared, with whom I had previously worked. We have grown quietly to 17 employees (Including my daughter Carlie), relying only on word-of-mouth referrals without any advertising. I am now proud to announce publicly that RED Pest Control is ready, able, and willing to handle all of your pest needs. We do it all: pests, ants, termites, rodents, wildlife, birds, residential, and commercial. Our techs are all certified, insured, and equipped with the best products/tools for any job you need assistance with. I would love the opportunity to work for you, save you some money, and raise your current level of service. We cover the entire Metroplex, and west all the way to Midland/Odessa. You can call our office at 817-865-5251 if we can help. redpestcontrol.com RED Pest Control - Reliable, Effective, Defense. Love and appreciate all of you! #txlege

I am voting for Mayes Middleton for Attorney General. It’s been a long time since I’ve endorsed anyone in a race, but this one matters too much to stay silent. The Attorney General is one of the most important offices in Texas. It is the chief law enforcement officer of the state and the primary defender of our liberties. This race is critical. I personally know and respect both candidates. I’ve worked with both and spoken to them directly about this race. So let me tell you why I’m supporting Mayes Middleton. I met Mayes over 13 years ago. He was one of the very first people to financially support my campaigns. He never wanted to run for office himself, he was content using his own resources to help others fight for liberty. His donation record shows a consistent, decades-long commitment to conservative causes. Mayes has always been willing to take heat for what he believes. In a world where conservative donors are attacked and punished, he never flinched. Many of us in elected office today simply wouldn’t be here without his support. When he finally ran for the Texas House, he defeated a longtime RINO incumbent and delivered exactly what he promised. His signature fight: Ending taxpayer-funded lobbying was one of the boldest stands I’ve ever seen. He went straight at the heart of the establishment’s power. No one else had the courage to file that bill. Mayes didn’t just file it, he made it a public fight, took the incoming fire, and forced the issue into the open. That took real guts. Mayes isn’t flashy or as charismatic like me, he doesn’t crave the spotlight or put on a show. He’s steady, strategic, calm under pressure, and fearless when it counts. He needs nothing from anyone, and he cannot be bought. His conservative principles have never wavered, and he has proven he will fight for them no matter who is on the other side. Texas needs an Attorney General who is a selfless leader, a strong manager, a constitutionalist, and a shrewd strategist. Mayes has all of those qualities. I know it firsthand. The attacks claiming he supports Islam or Sharia Law are false and ridiculous. Mayes, his wife Macy, and their children are strong, God-fearing people who have sacrificed for this fight. They deserve our gratitude, not smears. This endorsement isn’t about tearing down my friend Chip Roy. I’ve supported him for Congress and I still do. But I believe Mayes Middleton is the stronger candidate for Attorney General. I have nothing to gain from saying this. I’m endorsing Mayes because I’m convinced he is the right man for the job at this moment for Texas. I hope you’ll join me in voting for Mayes Middleton for Attorney General. -Jonathan Stickland

Sin is serious, and deadly. It shouldn't be laughed about, celebrated, or ignored. As Christians we should be very careful when learning about the sins of others. The world is watching our reactions. #txlege

Thank you @Rangers for standing for family values. This is why your fans are loyal to the end!
Almost every single professional team will celebrate “pride” and contribute to the propaganda. Your Texas Rangers will not.

Dear Texans, Many of you feel helpless right now, as you watch politicians work with lobbyists, special interests, and political consultants to raid your wallets, and strip away your liberties. Most of those campaign promises they made are now revealed as a fart in the wind so many months ago. Understand they are at the height of their power. For months, they have circled the wagons and convinced themselves everything will be OK. They got it all figured out. They control the clock, the fake media will cover for them, and big donors will line their campaign accounts with cash. Just "go with the flow," and "keep your heads down" is their plan. "Voters won't remember when it's time to campaign again." "No one will run against us!" This all changes as soon as they get home. For the next year and a half, they are vulnerable. They must answer to you for everything they have, and haven't done. Educate yourselves now. Don't trust them, verify everything. Show up. Take action. Hold them all accountable. You have the one thing they can't control: your votes, energy, donations, and the truth about this session. Get ready, it's a huge responsibility. One they are hoping you will forget you have so they can return in two years, have their little fun club, and hang out with all the "cool kids in Austin" all over again. Everyone hold on, the winds are shifting. Pray for Texas. #txlege

Rep. Gene Wu is the most racist member to ever serve. Hates white people with a passion. Hey Gene - if you love communism so much, go to China. #txlege

Everyone bookmark this vote, it will cost many incumbents their seats. Entire campaigns will be run on this vote alone, mark my words. Many thousands of hours will be consumed by dumb politicians trying to "explain" this vote. I predict dozens "change their vote" by tomorrow. What a joke they are! #txlege

The Austin establishment RINOs only respond to fear/pain. Conservatives will keep getting rolled unless they stand up & fight. We didn't send you there to make friends. We don't care if you pass bills in your name. Conservative priorities must pass. Fight like your political lives depend on it. They do.

Texans vote for: More freedom, less government. The lying RINOs in Austin are giving us: Less freedom, and a lot more government. Your taxes are going up. Grassroots: Grab your pitchforks, and get ready. #txlege #worstsessionever #GOPfailure

The craziest thing about today is when you realize none of it is real. A couple leadership cronies are gonna go in a private room and change everything they want in a couple weeks. Your property taxes are going up. Happy budget day, miss me yet? #txlege

Texas would be blessed to have @DonHuffines as our comptroller. Every conservative needs to get behind him now.
As your Texas Comptroller, I will audit our government to improve efficiency and root out waste and fraud. I promise to return the savings to the taxpayers of Texas. #DOGETEXAS!

What happened today in the Texas House of Representatives should frighten every single Texan. For a moment let us put politics aside. Right, left, Democrat, Republican, it doesn't matter. The completely unprecedented move pulled today by Speaker Dustin Burrows and his team resulted in the largest concentration of pure political power we've ever witnessed. For a long time, the Texas House Speakership was a nothing job. In fact, it was considered a burden, or punishment just a few decades ago. Speakers served in the role for 2 years, and then moved on, there was nothing to gain by holding the position. It was "The People's House" and the Speaker was a glorified administrator for the rest. The other chambers and Government positions hold different powers, but The House was where "the common folks" had a voice. Every member mattered. Over time the position changed, and greedy politicians somehow convinced their colleagues that they would benefit by consolidating their power together, into one place. Better protection, better fundraising, better managed outcomes. They bought it. Slowly it has gained steam, chairmanships, assignments, bill numbers, and many other things became scraps handed down from the Speakers table. More and more power consolidated. But today we witnessed a new line crossed. Until today, members still had the ability to vote on the rules that ultimately defined the Speakership, and in a way, put up guard rails. They also provided ways to go around the Speaker, should he get out of line. Today the members surrendered their own voices, and their own votes, to the Speaker, and "his team." By using parliamentary procedure, they shut down all debate and shoved their new version of the rules down our throats. No Rules could be questioned. Today the Speaker declared: "Not accepting my complete rules package, is a vote against me." Sadly, it worked. A majority of Representatives decided fear of retribution was more important than their own voice. Today our elected officials, both Democrats and Republicans gave away the power we the voters entrusted them to wield on our behalf. All to a man who is not from our communities, who we can't vote out, who we cannot hold accountable. Today the Speaker, and likely every single one after him, got to write his own rules to the game he will now "referee." The writer and interpreter of the rules, always wins. He is now King of our House. Shame on every single Representative that made this happen. It is pathetic, short sided, and I fear it will be the undoing of this institution that has functioned for so long. I pray they somehow walk back this atrocity before it's too late. May this never happen again. God save Texas!

This is hilarious coming from Rep. Gene Wu who is widely known for hating America, Christianity, and white people. I will never apologize for standing up for the Word of God, and Jesus Christ the Savior of the world. He is the only way to eternal life. #txlege
