After years of steadfast advocacy from local, state, federal, and military leaders, this long-awaited project is now complete, marking a significant investment not only in Westover's infrastructure, but also in the men and women who carry out the base's mission every day. As our nation’s largest air reserve base, Westover plays a critical role in advancing our nation’s military readiness while supporting thousands of local jobs across western and central Massachusetts. I was proud to help secure the necessary funding for this project, ensuring Westover's place in western Massachusetts for years to come.
