I'm proud that bipartisan legislation modernizing Pennsylvania's HIV laws is now on the books. By updating outdated statutes, we're reducing stigma, embracing medical science, and treating people with HIV, with the dignity and respect they deserve. youtu.be/Mz87qzl6m1A
